Thank you for visiting my page!
First, let me start by introducing Luke, the incredible black lab you see in the picture sitting next to me! Luke is the best dog ever.
Second, I want to tell you about my special project to raise money - through donations - to make it a little easier for assistance dogs like Luke to be connected with children who have been diagnosed with autism or who may have other special needs.
As a young kid, I was diagnosed with what is called high-functioning autism. What I know about myself is that I love spending time on things that I really like, such as my art, creating 3D content, and creating computer-generation animations. But over the last few years, I have also put a LOT of effort into learning about social interactions and how to be comfortable in all social situations. When I found out that PALS trains special assistance dogs for people like me, I got excited about the possibility of maybe one day being able to have a dog like Luke.
So, my family applied for a service dog from PALS and we were lucky to be selected for the program! In fact, I got to meet Luke when he was only 3 months old, and I knew that from that time, he and I would make a great team! I’ve had lots of training sessions and visits with Luke as he is growing up. I can already tell that Luke will play a big part in my life to help me to get more comfortable in all kinds of social situations. I think he will be perfect to help me with that.
So, I would like to ask you to donate generously by clicking the link. Your donation will not only help me to get Luke placed in our home, but it can also help PALS to continue providing these incredible animals to the kids and families who really need them.
I want to thank you in advance for your generous donation! We are looking forward to the day when you can meet Luke personally and see for yourself what an awesome dog he is!
(Remember, PALS is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, so it means that your donation is tax deductible.)
